The grinding machine is one of the most commonly used machinery and equipment in the machinery factory. 1 precautions during installation

If it is indeed possible to set up a special grinding wheel room due to the limitation of the topography of the plant, a protective screen not less than 1.8m shall be installed on the face of the grinder, and the gear plate shall be firm and effective.
The unbalance of grinding wheel is mainly caused by the inaccurate manufacture and installation of grinding wheel and the misalignment between the center of gravity and the axis of rotation of the grinding wheel. The harm caused by the imbalance is mainly manifested in two aspects, on the one hand caused by vibration in the grinding wheel rotates at a high speed, and easy to cause the surface to produce a polygonal vibration mark; on the other hand, the accelerated wear of unbalanced vibration and bearing spindle, which will cause the wheel broken, even caused the accident. Therefore, if the sand is required to be larger than or equal to 200mm, the static balance should be carried out when the office building is equipped with a chuck, and the static balance shall be repeated when the grinding wheel is found to be out of balance after the truing or trimming or in the work.
Matching problem mainly refers to the matching problem of chuck and grinding wheel. According to the standard requirements, the diameter of the grinding wheel chuck shall not be less than 1/3 of the diameter of the installed sand office building, and the corresponding grinding wheel shall be replaced by a new grinding wheel when the diameter of the grinding wheel is larger than the diameter of the chuck 10mm. There is a problem, chuck and wheel, otherwise there will be such a situation, the "big horse car" caused by the equipment and material waste; "small horse cart" and does not meet the safety requirements, easy to cause personal accident. The protection cover is the most important protection device of the sand grinder, and its function is that when the grinding wheel is damaged in the work, it can effectively cover the debris of the grinding wheel and ensure the safety of the personnel. The shape of the grinding wheel shield is round and square, and the maximum opening angle of the grinding wheel is not allowed to exceed 90 degrees; the material of the cover is not steel of tensile strength of less than two 415N/mm2. When the new grinding wheel is replaced, the shield should be firmly and reliably installed, and the protective cover shall not be disassembled or discarded at will.

The grounding problem uses a power line for the sand turbine, so the enclosure of the equipment must have a good grounding protection. This is also one of the important factors that cause accidents.
